Job Description:
Ideal candidate for will have
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in US Staffing MUST HAVE experience in work with leading MSP programs and strong experience in working on requirements from Pharmaceutical clients.
· Good experience in VMS Model and VMS applications.
· Working closely with MSP Coordinators and build rapport.
· Expertise in W2 hiring as well as C2C hiring.
· Expert in active searches US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, etc.), passive searches, pro-active recruitment and building pipeline for frequent job requests.
· Thorough in qualifying candidates based on requirement and gather details for VMS client submittal.
· Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects the candidate's experience and requirement.
· Pay negotiation with the candidate and sub-contracting
· Highly organized and detail-oriented.
· Highly motivated and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Willing to work in USA PST Time Zone
