Responsibilities
-Design, implement, and optimize GoHighLevel to meet client requirements.
-Work with clients to understand their business requirements and use cases for GoHighLevel.
-Create, review, approve, and distribute documentation according to standard procedures.
-Track document versions, obtain necessary approvals, and distribute securely.
-Maintain up-to-date documentation that complies with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
-Create standard operating procedures that document best practices and improve operational efficiency.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document process workflows.
Requirements
-Experience in implementing and configuring GoHighLevel
-Demonstrated experience managing and controlling documents in a fast-paced work environment is necessary.
-Proven experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures in a fast-paced work environment is necessary.
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
-Familiar with document management software, such as ClickUp Docs, or Google Drive, to manage and organize documents.
-The ability to map out complex processes using flowcharts and process maps using Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io or SmartDraw
-A solid understanding of GoHighLevel's automation capabilities and integrations with other software and should be able to leverage these features to create efficient workflows
