Designer for Adult Banner Ads

I am looking for a graphic designer who can create static and animated adult banners in different sizes. After a successful interview, there will be a test round in which you can show your skills.
Out of the applicants that have submitted their work, one will be chosen for a long-term daily or weekly job.
The applicant should also pay great attention to detail. This is why everyone applying for this job has to include "I love fluffy cats" on top of their application. If not included, your application will be ignored.
The job applicant should have high skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and graphic design in general.
Good English is required so that there will be no misunderstandings. A high enough skill in Video Editing might be beneficial since some animated banners will have to include sexual scenes.

Please also give an estimate about how much time you need to create 5 Banners.
