Virtual Assistant

You will be responsible for ensuring that part of the process of attracting the correct clients to enter the Clients ---------- plete and build an organic audience, handle Facebook groups, and assist with social media responses on Client’s Social Media pages and groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

* Managing the client's social media platforms (FB & Messenger)
* Schedule posts at the agreed time on the Client’s social media
* Booking in Triage or Strategy calls
* Customer Support
* Email management
* Lead Generation


Specific Skill sets needed : 
1. someone that knows how to use Canva for graphics
2. someone that knows how to use Clickfunnels
3. someone that can keep up with Stats and KPI tracking
4. Experienced in ASANA
5. Create SOP's
6. Active Campaign


Proposed salary : 25,000 pesos
