TimeZone: Please note that the hours for this position are very early. We are open in the PDT timezone and generally need assistance between the hours of 12:00PM-9:00PM PDT Monday-Friday. This translates to a start time around 3:00AM in the Manila time zone. Please note that Manila's timezone is one day ahead and it would be Tuesday to Saturday in the Manila timezone.

Graciela is a skilled mental health therapist and is licensed to diagnose, assess, and treat mental health conditions, such as insomnia, anxiety, panic attacks, depressed mood, addiction, and relationship problems. She also works with conflicted couples and conflicted family members in couples therapy and family therapy. Graciela has been wanting to launch her second company but has not had enough support to launch it. The second company is called Las Vegas Premarital Counseling. This city is a tourist city and there are tons of businesses that cater to the wedding tourist community. Graciela noticed that there is a general lack of premarital counseling services, even thought there is an abundance of ways to get married. Graciela has a retro-themed room within her office that will be used for accelerated weekend retreats for engaged couples to come together in small groups and move through the premarital counseling program together. She also offers private premarital counseling for couples who prefer customized attention. Graciela provides emotional support in the nerve-racking week of the upcoming wedding, night before wedding emotional support, and wedding day emotional support. Some people have a lot of anxiety after traumatic memories of being left at the altar or are nervous about being the center of attention. We are seeking an friendly, gentle, sensitive, and patient individual who will be the primary cusomter and patient services coordinator. The individual will be providing support for those interested in the primary mental health clinic and the premarital counseling ---------- NSITIVE TO DIVERSE CULTURES, SEXUAL ORIENTATIONS, GENDER IDENTITY, AND RELIGIONS
We serve people from all cultures, gay, lesbian, transgender, and gender-diverse folks. We serve people who are of varying religions, including agnostic and athiest patients. We NEED and REQUIRE candidates who are sensitive to these things, treat everyone with respect, ask for preferred pronouns, use a patient's preferred name, and provide culturally sensitive assistance.

STRONG ENGLISH WRITING SKILLS
We will be needing a candidate who has excellent English skills and can write professional emails in English. The position includes a lot of writing and texting via keyboard and we aim for no grammatical or spellling errors for the highest representation of our companies.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities include ansering telephone calls for both businesses, onboarding new patients using software and making sure they complete their forms before their appointments, providing support to patients who need to complete forms but are having trouble doing do, replying to text messages, sending and replying to secure instant messages within our software suite, replying to messages to interested patients on both companies' Google Business listings, and managing very high volume inboxes for TWO separate inboxes. Our mental health clinic currently has over 800+ unread emails.

WAGES & BONUSES
Candidates will be provided an hourly pay and have opportunity to earn extra bonus commissions for excellent service and performance. We also reward our employees with gift cards or vouchers to retailers that they enjoy, such as Shopee. We believe in regular hourly raises in wages for our employees and like to meet with employees once weekly to maintain a strong connection and provide plenty of support.
