We are looking for a Support Plan Writer to join our team of professionals dedicated to helping adults with mental health issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high intensity case load.
Responsibilities:
• Write 15-25 support plans a week for adults with mental health issues.
• Collaborate with health professionals and support workers to ensure that the support plans are tailored to each individual's needs.
• Ensure that all support plans are accurate, comprehensive, and adhere to company standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health practices, policies, and procedures.
• Audit service users case files, ensuring all files are up to date and compliant.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high intensity case load.
• Experience in writing support plans for adults with mental health issues is preferred.
• Good internet connection and access to a computer.
