JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dependable and experienced virtual assistant to join our expanding business. The primary responsibilities of this role include lead generation and call center support. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, proficiency in both written and spoken English, and have prior experience in lead generation and call center roles.

Key Responsibilities:

* Discover potential businesses for sale within the state of Florida, both on and off-market
* Identify the owners of these businesses or liaise with brokers to arrange meetings at the employer's convenience
* Conduct lead generation through various channels, including LinkedIn/Sales Navigator outreach, Google search, and social media outreach
* Manage all communications and leads through tools such as Trello and others
* Provide support with general administrative tasks when required

Requirements:

* Proven experience in lead generation and call center roles
* Proficient in both written and spoken English
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience with LinkedIn/Sales Navigator outreach, Google search, and social media outreach
* Capable of finding the address of business owners for direct mailing campaigns
* Comfortable with making cold calls and sending cold emails
* Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

* Additional tools such as Slack, call dialers, Google/Excel sheets, email scrappers, and email campaign tools for cold outreach will be utilized.
