About the role
The primary function of this role is to be a Marketing Assistant and Call Consultant supporting the business in delivering clients marketing campaigns. The Marketing Assistant role will support our account managers and marketing campaign coordinators in developing and delivering effective client marketing activities. The calling responsibilities include making calls on behalf of our clients. By undertaking regular call consultant campaigns you will have the firsthand knowledge and experience of what is required from our campaigns in satisfying the needs of end user clients. FULL TRAINING PROVIDED! NO PRIOR EXPERIENCED NESSARTY!
Key Responsibilities
• Undertake Outbound Call Campaigns
• Update databases with caller contact, profile and lead information
• Project a professional and courteous phone manner
• Approach each call with a productivity balance of efficiency and effectiveness
• Report any deficient areas of the call process and system
• Identify any issues with contact database e.g. lack of information, consistency or out of date records
• Identify areas and opportunities for improvement in the process of calling
• Tracking and reporting kpi’s
About the Person
Performance driven, you will be a confident communicator that can work across multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. Demonstrating great initiative with a proactive and self-motivated nature, you will be a team player with strong customer service and trouble shooting skills. Strong communication skills is essential - you will be managing outgoing call campaigns. With an excellent telephone manner and a positive and energetic attitude, you will use your initiative to identify ongoing improvement opportunities.
You must have high attention to detail and be meticulously organised in your delivery.
As you will work across multiple client accounts as well as liaise with all internal employees on a daily basis, having a professional, personable and positive disposition will see you seamlessly build key stakeholder relationships. Having a diligent and persistent attitude with a willingness to work outside existing working requirements, will see you soar in this role.
