JOB OVERVIEW

Our national signing service is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented customer service representative to join our ---------- this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls and emails from clients and notary signing agents, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support.

This is a simple and stable job. The better you do, the more you get paid. We take care of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and emails from clients and notary signing agents
• Responding to inquiries and providing information about the services offered by the company
• Scheduling appointments with notary signing agents
• Resolving customer complaints or concerns
• Tracking the progress of document signing appointments
• Updating client and agent information in the company's database
• Collaborating with other members of the team, such operations managers, to ensure that customer needs are met.
• Following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the service
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Conducting follow-up surveys to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement


Requirements:

- MUST HAVE VERY GOOD PHONE SKILLS AND GREAT ENGLISH.
- MUST BE GOOD WITH COMPUTERS
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING MONDAY
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
