YouTube Cashcow Project Team

I am building a team that can manage the Thumbnail, Script Writing, Video Production, SEO and Optimization work for a new channel I am creating. I have been on Fiverr and Upwork but would like to give my fellow kababayan's a crack at the job. I need a VERY CRREATIVE team because I need the scripts to be powerful (NO AI IS ALLOWED)+ Video's needs to be a combination of Images/other youtube content/text etc. (NO AI IS ALLOWED) + Thumbanails needs to be professional (NO AI ALLOWED must be unique), and more importantly I need someone that can SEO and OPTIMIZE the channel and vidoes weekly. I need someone to monitor this almost weekly / daily.
