We are currently hiring a Customer service Representative to work the 6 am - 11 am USA Mountain Standard Time ---------- cludes a 10 minute hourly break. Our company is in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA.

The Customer Service Representative (CSR):

1) will be responsible for responsible for making outbound calls from our company's database to inform clients of new products and opportunities that are available. This will be conducted by both telephone and email.

2) Answer inbound calls related to orders, inventory, or other customer concerns.

3) maintain positive relationship with clients.

4) continuously improve sales skills.

5) continuously improve knowledge of precious metals and the global economy

The CSR will be given a "book" of clients. This position includes monthly bonuses.

This position necessitates excellent English enunciation.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelors Degree. If no Bachelors Degree the applicant should have at least 10 years of customer service experience or 5 years of sales experience.

An excellent position for someone with managerial experience.

A confident person with customer service experience or sales experience will likely perform well in this position.

A person with a degree in Business, Economics, or History may perform well in this position. A person with teaching experience may perform well in this position.
