I am looking for a well-organized, tech-savvy, and creative person with strong communication skills for the new created role of Marketing & Customer Service Manager.
This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing online business with digital courses and coaching services. Our clients are women 35-55 looking to improve their love life, and they find us through ads, organically through social media or PR speaking
As a Marketing and Customer Service Manager will be in charge of the following areas of the business:
Customer Service:
Administration of new and ongoing clients with coordination of contract signing, preparing an invoice, appointment setting, etc.; Handling of Refunds; Help with lost access; Follow-up and management of course access; and other client support throughout their journey with our business.
Advertising:
In close communication with me, you will set up new ad campaigns, monitor their performance on
You will research the market for good advertising examples to inspire new ad creatives.
Social Media Management:
I have public social media channels and a private community on Instagram. For both, you will support and execute the monthly social media strategy. You will be in charge of content repurposing, creating appealing visuals (posts and short-form videos), and publishing/scheduling.
Marketing Materials
You will create professional and warm designs of presentations, workbooks, social media posts, and landing pages using Canva and Squarespace. The tech part is easy and can be learned, but you need a natural sense of design esthetics and warmth to match my brand vibration.
Public relations:
You will research for suitable collaboration partners and outreach to get speaking gigs on podcast shows, joint Instagram lives
Collect and structure information about potential clients’ desires, concerns, fears and pain points, and questions and objections to purchasing a service. You will be processing and structuring those inputs as a basis for further product and content
In my online program, you will monitor the group chat, group calls, and client calls to gather stories and feedback that can be repurposed to case studies and other forms of social proof.
You will also interview clients for testimonial/case study creation.
You will write those stories and case studies based on the provided input.
You will be provided with onboarding training and instructions.
The ideal candidate has the following personal skills, knowledge, and experience:
Bachelor degree in business administration, management, marketing or sales.
2+ years in customer service or other client related roles
2+ years in online marketing and preferably social media management
Fluent in written English
Strong communication skills
Independent and well-organized work manner
Tech savvy & willingness to learn
Basic copywriting skills & willingness to develop
General marketing understanding. Online marketing experience is a benefit.
Some experience with FB ads is a benefit but not a must as the tech side can be easily learned.
