We are looking for a Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate must have experience in social media management, content creation, customer service skills and personal task management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts for the client, including creating and scheduling content, responding to messages and comments, and engaging with followers
-Handling calls with a clear voice and great comprehension
-Negotiating deals to make a sale
-Handling messages with proper grammar
- Assist with personal tasks for the client, such as scheduling appointments, making reservations, and managing
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management and personal task management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
This is a full-time remote position. The candidate must be able to work independently 10:00a-6:00p Monday-Friday Central Time
