We are looking for a Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, scheduling and searching engagements for the owner, and creating engaging blog content once in a while. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries through
-Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
-Schedule and search engagements such as appointments, meetings, and events
-Create and manage a content calendar for blog posts
-Research and write engaging blog content in line with the company's brand and voice
-Conduct keyword research to optimize blog content for SEO
-Monitor and report on blog engagement metrics
-Collaborate with the marketing team on content creation and promotional campaigns
Requirements:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Proficient in using customer service tools and scheduling software
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
