BOOKKEEPER/SUPERVISOR

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our team of FIVE bookkeepers while also performing bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience, proficient in Excel. As Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for delegating tasks to your team of 5 bookkeepers and potentially more staff as the company grows.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day bookkeeping activities of the company.
Manage a team of five bookkeepers and potentially more staff as the company grows.
Bank Reconciliation
Perform bookkeeping tasks.
Financial Statements Preparation
Provide support to the management team as needed.
Conduct regular reviews of the bookkeeping team's work to ensure accuracy and all tasks are complete.
Work with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
Provide training and support to the bookkeeping ---------- municate effectively with clients, tea ---------- mbers, and management.

Requirements:
Must be Accounting Graduate
Minimum of three years of bookkeeping experience
Proficient in Excel
Minimum of 2 two years Management experience
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to delegate tasks and manage staff effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Responsible and reliable

NOTE: This is a full-time position, and you must be willing to work on-site. We are located at Bato, Camarines Sur, Bicol Region.
