Affiliate Marketing Specialist for Food Blog

We are a small food blog seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our small team. As our Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate marketing programs, including email marketing and Amazon affiliate marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth
• Build relationships with affiliate partners and manage ongoing communications
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote affiliate products and increase engagement
• Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new tools and technologies
• Track and report on affiliate program performance and provide regular updates

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong background in blog affiliate marketing and Amazon affiliate marketing
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies
• Experience with email marketing and automation tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics
• Passion for food, cooking, and culinary culture is a plus
