Klaviyo & Copywriting Specialist

Personal Gift is a leading ecommerce brand specializing in creating beautiful personalized gifts. With over 50,000 portraits sold worldwide, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality, unique gifts to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced Klaviyo & Copywriting Specialist to join our team and help enhance our email marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Set up, manage, and optimize Klaviyo email flows such as abandoned cart, browse abandonment, site abandonment, thank you series, and more for Personal Gift.
- Collaborate with our in-house designer and marketing team to ensure proper formatting and responsiveness of email designs across various devices and email clients.
- Write compelling, conversion-driven copy for email campaigns that align with our brand identity and engage our audience.
- Continuously analyze email performance data and provide insights to optimize email flows, copy, and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and maintain a content calendar for email campaigns and ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure all email campaigns are aligned with our brand identity, marketing goals, and customer journey.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Klaviyo within the ecommerce industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns, including examples of engaging and effective copywriting.
- Experience leveraging Chat GPT is a plus
- Expertise in managing and optimizing Klaviyo email flows for various stages of the customer journey.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and engagement.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email design and formatting.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight ---------- pensation

- Your starting salary is CAD 8.00 / Hour
- Your salary is paid out in Canadian dollars twice a month - on the 5th and 20th of each month

Working Schedule

- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST (10:00 PM to 6:30 AM PHT)
- 40 Hours / Week (Tuesday - Saturday PHT)
