We are seeking an experienced Accountant and Fractional CFO to join our real estate company's finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and guidance to our executive team. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure that our financial operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that support our company's goals and objectives.
Provide financial advice and guidance to the executive team.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Analyze financial data and present financial reports to management.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial ---------- velop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
Provide support during audits and tax filings.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
CPA or CA designation preferred.
10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Job Type: Full-time 8:00am - 5:00pm US Eastern Time Zone

Salary: $15/hour to start with Paid US holidays included. We also offer Paid Time Off, 80 hours annually in the first year and 120 hours annually thereafter.
