Marketing Director

We are fast-growing e-commerce company looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join our team. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and developing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage all marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid search, and SEO
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights, and use this information to inform marketing strategies
- Monitor the competitive landscape and make recommendations to stay ahead of industry trends
- Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and use this knowledge to improve marketing efforts
