MultiMedia Technician (Podcast Production, Video Editing and Graphic Design)

60% graphic design (not just editing)/30% audio and video editing/10 desktop publishing.

You will be responsible for all original design work. You must have at least 2 years working "hands on" doing design work. You will be required to provide a portfolio with examples of graphics you have created and video you have edited.

We will discuss the job in more detail including your specific job duties but this will give you a good idea of what will be required of you.

Daily/Regular Duties:

Create Graphic-Oriented Lead Magnets (Infographics, etc.)
Create Graphics As Required (Content, Social Media Covers, Book Covers, Ads, etc.)
Edit Videos As Required (Add intro/outro, transitions, music, etc.)
Edit/Produce Podcast Episodes from audio
Create Whiteboard Videos with VideoScribe

Google Docs
MS Office
Jing
Attention to Detail
Ability to Follow Instructions
Organization Skills
Separate Office Space for Productive Work Time
Fast/Reliable Computer (prefer PC, minimum 12 Gbs RAM)
Fast/Reliable Internet (must also detail plan for backup internet)
Ability to Communicate w/Audio and Video (I use Zoom and Skype)
Printer (sometimes you need to be able to print things to work on them effectively)

I pay weekly on Friday for the previous work week ending on Sunday. I honor the 13th month pay policy (which will be prorated from your start date to mid December).

We will talk regularly using Zoom (video conferencing) about your tasks. Sometimes we will stay on Zoom for several hours collaborating on your tasks. In addition, you will be required to attend a team meeting on workdays. Your schedule can't vary much without advanced approval. The team currently works from 10 PM to 7 AM PH time. If a set work schedule or working nights will be a struggle for you, the job/company is not a good fit.

This is a permanent full-time position. I expect you to be committed to working for me which means you will not have another significant part-time or full-time job.
