JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant with experience in social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns. As a Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will help us reach more customers through various platforms.

You will help us create learning opportunities for our customers so that they can improve their skills. You are someone who is calm, focused, and pays attention to details. You are conscientious and methodical in your work and are determined to finish tasks that you start.

YOUR KEY TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize and improve results.
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels.
Research and identify new social media and advertising opportunities.
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and advertising platforms (such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Experience with content creation and curation.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and remotely.


UPON HIRING:
There will be a 90-day trial period (Paid) for both parties. I want both sides to feel it is a good fit. If both parties feel it is a good fit, you will be offered a full-time, long-term job with benefits, time-off, and be eligible for a bonus. This position will provide you access to different kinds of training related to the Upgrade to see actual infoPENSATION/PERKS/BENEFITS
- Monthly payment via Wise.
- Once you are full-time, you will be given 14 days of paid vacation per year, paid sick leave, and a 13th-month bonus (paid in December), etc…
