Appointment Setter

HiEnd Accents, a designer of bedding and home goods, is seeking Appointment Setters to help us schedule appointments with B2B customers (e.g., owners of furniture stores and gift stores, as well as interior designers) for an upcoming trade show. You will be calling both existing customers as well as prospective customers to invite them to visit us at the upcoming show.

This is a short-term project that will last for approximately 1-2 weeks. However, we have opportunities for recurring projects (approximately 8 weeks of work per year) and/or full-time employment for exceptional partners!

**Responsibilities**

- Contact existing customers and prospective customers to invite them to book an appointment at our upcoming trade show.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all contacts and appointments in an Airtable database.
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively.

**Requirements**

- Ability to work US business hours (approximately 9am-5pm CT).
- Ability to make around 20 calls/hour (3 minutes/call).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or appointment setting.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
