Excel Programmer

We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for logistics and data management, we need an individual that has expert knowledge in Google Sheets. A great problem solver, resourceful, analytical thinker, and a doer who can also work under minimal supervision and is also willing to be trained and wants to grow their knowledge and contribute to the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

> Work closely with our logistics manager to ensure all inventory orders and resupplies will go as smoothly as possible. Data entry, data management/manipulation
> Data analysis
> Updating existing reporting sheets
> Develop new reporting using Google Sheets
> Assist in developing new reports for better data analysis and reporting
> Ordering supplies from vendors/suppliers
> Coordinate with vendors and on-site personnel to ensure deliveries go smoothly
> Product Research
> Other tasks required by the logistics manager
> Other tasks relevant to the role

Job Requirements:

> High-level problem solving
> Expert knowledge in Google Sheets (Advanced formulas)
> Knowlege of Google Sheets Macros is a plus
> Strong command of the English language
> Prior experience in data management/data manipulation
> Prior experience in logistics/inventory management is a plus
> Prior experience as a data analyst is a plus
