JOB OVERVIEW

Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining the productivity and quality of company operations by:
-Monitoring and implementing standard operating procedures.
-Communicating & controlling correspondence within the office.
-Communicating & controlling correspondence with clients and dog trainers.
-Preparing contracts, receipts & invoices.
-Regularly report to the operations supervisor to maintain office and call standards.

You would also be responsible for:
-Monitoring & responding to all messages from clients.
-Assigning client leads to dog trainers & monitoring their progress for a high closing/conversion rate.
-Keeping dog trainers updated on their schedule (Google Calendar) and messages for the day.

Background & competencies we’re looking for:
-Must live in Davao City and is willing to work on-site.
-Must be willing to work FULL-TIME from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST and comfortable working with a screenshot tracker.
-Experience with call handling in a BPO environment/call center is a plus!
-Experience with using Customer Relationship Management software and office communication software (Relevant experience with QuickBooks is a plus!)
-Strong verbal & written communication skills in English are required.
-Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
-Preferably somebody who is energetic, positive, motivated, fun, and a great team player!
