Looking for a Website Developer that can build a search engine

Job brief
We are looking for an outstanding Web Developer who can build a website that utilizes data compiled related to the ABA clinics and creates a search engine-like platform for public access. Web developer responsibilities include building and designing components of our dynamic website, from the home page to the site's structure and functionality. The Web Developer should also be able to create attractive landing pages that can be used with paid ads.

Responsibilities
-Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
-Create a dynamic website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
-Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
-Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
-Create and maintain software documentation
-Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our website
-Perform website updates and maintenance tasks
-Ensuring our website looks good and functions properly for public use.
-Web developers collaborate with website and graphic designers, monitor website traffic, troubleshoot website problems when they arise, and update websites as necessary.

Requirements and Skills
-In-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS/Javascript
-A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
-Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming and web application development
-Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
-Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
-Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
-Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on time
-Strong problem-solving skills
-Detail-oriented and perform other duties as assigned
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Must be fluent in written and spoken English
-Must provide weekly updates on progress
-Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, XML, Python, and other programming languages
-BS in computer science or a related field
-Minimum of 2-3 years relevant work experience as a Web Developer
-SEO knowledge and skills
