We are a growing business and looking for a Virtual assistant to join our team.
The right person for this role will be an entrepreneurial self-starter. We are actively building processes and improving upon our daily operations so must be comfortable working in a fluid and unpredictable, ever-changing environment.
We manage 11 properties and planning to expand more hence the reason why we are looking for an extra body to join our team.
We would need cover from 9.00 UK time until 17.00 UK time along with weekend (Saturday and Sunday) cover.
The role is for a virtual assistant to look after our AirBnB,
Payment will be sent monthly in line with the rest of the staff on the last day of the month.
Previous experience with Tokeet or other Vacation Management Platform is a must. Advanced English also a must.
Some of the task include the following:
Guest Messaging:
Respond to prospective guest inquiries via Chat/Call
Answer questions about the listing to encourage bookings
Confirm booking requests and manage reservations
Send information about check-in instructions, house rules, and local
Guest Check-in/Check-out
Respond to early / late check-in / checkout requests and coordinate with cleaners where needed
Relay information from guest messages or guest reviews to the right teams (for instance, cleaning or maintenance) when listings can be improved or supplies are needed
Assist guests with alterations and cancellations
Assist with collecting pet fees and processing claims for damages, etc.
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services

Connect with our maintenance team when required
Listing Management (Airbnb, VRBO,
Keep your calendar and pricing updated
Add New Listing and Optimize existing listing
Use your photoshop or photo editing skills to improve photos for listings in order to increase appeal
Audit and update listings periodically to improve search results and appeal
Research and recommend additional listing platforms to broaden reach (i.e., MisterBnb, Houfy, Expedia, etc.)
Identify areas for improvement in internal operations so that listings can be appropriately updated and maintained
Reviews
Make sure your guests leave reviews and handle negative reviews

Order Supplies for property
Process and Procedures
Work with the CEO to develop and improve processes and procedure

Post to IG on regular basis to highlight open properties, first to build awareness and a brand, and then to drive traffic to direct booking site
