JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our property management company. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of property management experience and a proven track record in maintenance management.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all maintenance operations within the company
Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
Ensure that all properties are properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner
Hire and manage maintenance staff
Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors
Ensure compliance related to maintenance and safety
Respond to and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain relationships with tenants

Requirements:

Minimum of two years of property management experience in maintenance management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Must be able to email in proper english
