Job Description:

Multi-sport (Volleyball, Pickleball, etc) gym and training business is seeking a Full-Time Marketing and Sales Associate for immediate hire. The new hire will help implement a range of promotional campaigns and projects that generate qualified leads for the company. Additionally, the new hire will assist with sales related administrative duties as needed.

Marketing Associate:

A main focus of this position will be online/web-based marketing, advertising, lead generation, and data Upgrade to see actual infondidates must have strong graphic design and written English language skills to help assist in continuing to raise our profile in the marketplace, generate qualified leads, assist in shaping our online presence, and help us continue to grow the company.

Duties/Must-Have Skills:

- Must be available to work 40 hours per week (ideally US hours but not required)
- Regular creation (writing, graphic design, etc) of marketing assets, including social media posts, mass-emails, blog posts, videos, print, etc. Collaboration with stakeholders, SMEs, company leadership, etc for final draft approval. Publishing marketing materials based on schedule
- Collecting and helping analyze post marketing campaign data and results
- Lead collection projects utilizing online and electronic sources
- CRM system configuration (marketing-related)
- Researching and analyzing new marketing trends
- Gathering competitive intelligence (i.e., documenting what competitors are doing to promote their products on various channels)
- Assisting with event planning, if needed

Nice to Have Skills (If not in possession, you are willing to learn):

- CRM (IE - Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc)
- Experience penetrating new markets via social media, growing social media followers/subscribers, scaling social media presence, etc.
- Experience growing a YouTube channel
- SEO experience
- Marketing related software, such as:
- Industry standard graphic design software (Adobe, Canva, etc)
- CMS
- Clickfunnels

Sales Associate:

- Sales administrative tasks as needed/assigned
- CRM configuration (sales-related)
