Responsibilities:
Organization & Management
Maintain the culture and customer care systems to insure business growth and referrals from past, current and future clients
Build relationships with the clients
Acts as the gatekeeper for the Team
Monitor all new prospects and business inquiries
Overseeing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, to ensure both tenants' and landlords' satisfaction
Managing all our AIRBNB listings and guest support
Manages team calendars, meetings, deadlines
Qualifications:
Confidence in dealing with clients and colleagues
Calm under pressure
Learning based
Proven ability to succeed
Leadership and consensus-building skills
Thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales for conventional multi-family housing
Maintains a consistent level of professional customer service
Prior experience in multi-family housing and community relations preferred
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word and Excel
Available to work weekends
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person
