Discord Manager

**Manage my ---------- of about 800 people (primarily kids) and keep it active by posting interesting topics to keep audience engaged

Your role would include:
1) Plan and host interesting events and activities to keep audience engaged and active
2) hire & manage voluntary moderators to assist in your tasks
3) moderate chats
4) weekly report on server stats, active rate etc
5) chat with the community
