Awesome Podcast Manager

Our company is seeking a Podcast and Social Media Manager to help manage our podcast show and social media presence. As the Podcast and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our podcast show, scheduling audio and video versions, providing episode descriptions, publishing blog posts, scheduling daily social media posts, and ensuring a structured workflow.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the production of our podcast show, including scheduling audio and video versions, editing and publishing episodes, and coordinating with guests and the Managing Director.
- Develop episode descriptions and publish blog posts to promote each episode and engage our audience.
- Create and manage daily social media posts across all platforms to increase engagement and grow our audience.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure a structured workflow and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to develop creative ideas and strategies to improve the company’s mission and vision, as well as our podcast and social media channels.

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of experience managing podcasts and social media management.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with podcast hosting platforms such as Buzzsprout.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Canva is a plus.
