The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and deployment process for candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. As a Candidate Processing Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our Australian clients get their candidates at the job site the soonest time possible.

Responsibilities:
• Manages the processing and deployment process of candidates
• Conducts phone and video meetings to discuss the entire process, fees, documents/requirements, timelines and details of Letter of Offers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Able to work on deadlines and perform corrective actions if timelines are not met
• Preparing and Maintaining reports to track applicants' progress

Qualifications:
• With overseas recruitment work experience is ideal
• Must have outstanding English communications skills and client management skills
• Highly adaptable
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Previous experience working with Australian clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
