We are currently looking for an HR Specialist who will be responsible for improving the systems, processes, and practices in HR Department.

Responsibilities:
- Advertising vacant position (OLJ, FB Page, FB Group)
- Assessing Applicants
- Prepare Contracts
- Orienting new employees regarding SOP (Leave of Absences and Company Policies)
- Communicating the staff (1 on 1) about issues affecting their performance
- Writing of Company memos and making sure that the teaUpgrade to see actual infomber acknowledge and sign it.
- Handle Disciplinary Action.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
- Implementation of Human Resource SOP and Sanctions

The perfect candidate:
- with 1-year experience as being HR Officer doing several facets of HR management.
- with experience posting job ads in OLJ and other Social Media Platforms.
- Able to create eye-catching job Poster.
- Responsive and Resourceful.
- with good communication skills.
