Land Flipping Business Manager

Hi,

We are a fact growing land (and some houses) flipping business here in the United States.

We buy and sell vacant land, and some distressed houses. Around 300 properties per year.

We currently have a team of 5 full time employees. And we are looking to hire a competent manager for the entire business.

This position would involve -

Hiring/Recruiting
Marketing/Lead Gen
Deal Analysis
Trasaction Coordination
High level reporting.

This position is only suitable for someone with extensive experience with this business. And management capabilities at the VP level.

Salary plus bonuses and commissions based on profits and goals.
