GENIA is an SEO-focused marketing agency that helps small and medium businesses multiply their web traffic, leads and sales.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively. The Personal Assistant will work closely with the executive and act as a liaison between the executive and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Your role:
- Provide administrative support providing end to end support for CEO
- Manage CEO’s email inbox and calendar, organise priorities according to urgency and importance
- Handle calls and messages on behalf of CEO, and respond as needed
- Producing meeting minutes, briefing papers, and reports
- Communicate with partners and stakeholders, including following up with clients and internal teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
- Organise credit card bills
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned – such as organising team activities and running errands
