Job Description :Director of Marketing and Social Media
Create and maintain company branding through social media networks.
Responsibilities
Oversee and compose all aspects of marketing and promotions including social media posts, online reputation management, media buying, lead generation,
Create content marketing strategies, and reply to customer inquiries, distribute content
Must have experience in managing
Outbound to influencers and potential marketing partners
Create and manage processes and systems that ensure the utmost integrity and consistency of brand
Knowledge and Skills
Requirements
2 years of Marketing / social media management
1-year customer service/ customer care
Must have a portfolio of previous clients and growth analysis
Must have copy write experience
Must have Graphic Design Experience
Minimum of 3 years of professional marketing/digital experience preferable. Credit / financial service experience is a plus
Expertise and fluency in all social media platforms. (specifically
Soft Skills :
Efficiency and top-notch organization.
Traditional and digital marketing knowledge.
The ability to create visually appealing and multimedia content.
Ability to recognize and keep up with new trends.
Data analysis reporting skills
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people.
