Accounting Manager

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the accounting department, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll , general ledger, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the day-to-day activities of the accounting department, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
• Review bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Preferred experience at Big 4 accounting firm
