UX Analyst

We're a UK based Ecommerce company that are hiring for a UX analyst to sit within our growing Ecommerce team, you'll be working alongside an established UX design team.

Your responsibilities will be;
- Analyze user behavior: Utilize online analytics tools such as Google Analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, identify common blockages, and understand conversion issues.
- Conduct surveys: Design and administer website surveys to gather direct feedback from customers about their experiences and reasons for not progressing in their journey.
- Identify improvement opportunities: Analyze survey and analytics data to identify areas where UX can be optimized to improve conversion rates and overall user experience.
- Develop UX recommendations: Propose data-driven solutions to address identified issues, and collaborate with the UX design and web development teams to implement changes.
- Test and validate changes: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B testing and other usability tests to measure the effectiveness of proposed changes and ensure they positively impact user experience and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report: Continuously track performance metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of UX improvements.
- Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of UX analysis and web analytics.
