What are you required to do?
1) WhatsApp Chat
- Answer parents’ inquiries (phone)
- To collect payment when required in TSV’s System
- Able to provide support and adhere to deadlines.
- Handle Customer complaints
- Book appointments following the company's templates
- Customer-oriented & serve with a positive spirit!
2) Administrative
- Inform the respective teachers on make-up students for the day
- Formatting worksheets to the correct format
-To prepare the Registration Form and assist parents with registration virtually
- Help to do physical checks from Excel to School Management System to actual student headcount.
3) Other ad-hoc administrative duties
What do you need?
* No work experience (Willing to learn)
* Being good with English is a huge PLUS.
* If you know sales, that will be a bonus.
* Be willing to learn
* Willing to stay 2-3 years in the company to grow (1-yr contact)

Working Hours (176 hours) - Negotiable
Mon:
*9am - 10am:* clear yesterday night's chats
*12pm - 3pm:* assist with any pending enquiries
*6pm - 11pm:* assist with any pending enquiries & clear endorsement lists
Tues - Thur:
*9am - 1pm:* attend morning chat and help the local team to amend the registration if needed or handover.
*8pm to 11pm:* local admins to start using "Endorsement List" to hand over tasks to the overseas team
Fri:
*9am -1pm:* attend morning chat and help the local team to amend the registration if needed or handover
*3.30pm - 4.30pm:* attend admin meeting
*9pm to 11pm:* local admins to start using "Endorsement List" to hand over tasks to the overseas team
Sat/Sunday:
*12pm to 2pm:* Assist local team during lunch hour
*6pm - 11pm:* local admins to start using "Endorsement List" to hand over tasks to the overseas team. and continue with evening chats
