Virtual Assistant - Outreach Specialist

Hi, I’m Mo, and we’re hiring a full-time, long-term video editor at our company, CRE8V Media.

We are a content marketing agency focused on brands related to entrepreneurship and self development producing engaging content so your role is critical and there are many opportunities to grow within the company.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Outreach Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential partners, clients, and collaborators on behalf of our company, in order to establish and maintain positive relationships with key players in our industry. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a proven track record of successful outreach efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience in outreach, sales, or customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using communication tools such as email, social media, and video conferencing
Ability to quickly learn and understand industry-specific terminology and concepts
FAST internet connection (include a screenshot of your speedtest.net scores in your application)
Native or C2 English

Responsibilities :

Conduct research to identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators in our industry
Reach out to potential partners via email, social media, and other channels
Develop and maintain positive relationships with key players in our industry
Coordinate meetings, calls, and other interactions between our team and potential partners
Monitor and report on the success of outreach efforts
Identify new opportunities for outreach and collaboration
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with outreach in the tech industry
Familiarity with CRM software
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
