We are looking for an experienced Bookeeper to join our team and help manage our financials. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll, tax specialist, credit repair and QuickBooks.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain QuickBooks records
• Calculate and prepare payrolls and related tax documents
• Reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements and reports
• Prepare tax returns and assist with tax audits
• Maintain ledgers and journal entries
• Assist with credit repair and improvement
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Evaluate financial systems and procedures and suggest improvements
• Review and recommend financial actions
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Bookeeper
• Knowledge of payroll, tax specialist, credit repair and QuickBooks
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Adaptable and able to take on new tasks as required
