Job Title: Part-time Remote Construction Estimator

Location: Sydney, Australia (Remote)

We are looking for a Long term part-time remote Construction Estimator to work with our team. Possibly leading to full time in the future. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial building estimating, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and detailed bill of quantities for all construction aspects, including but not limited to Civil, Stormwater, Structural Steel, Concrete Works, and all facets of Architectural.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
Provide detailed bill of quantities for all construction aspects, including Civil, Stormwater, Structural Steel, Concrete Works, and all facets of Architectural
Communicate with director

Requirements:
Access to Good and reliable internet
Ability to Provide detailed bill of quantities for all construction aspects
Worked on Australian projects before
Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials
Proficient in using estimating software and tools
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluent in speaking and writing English
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work part-time on a remote basis.

Remuneration:
To be discussed with candidate and negotiated.
