Looking for an experienced Customer Service representative for Ecommerce

Looking for a highly motivated Customer Service star.

Due to rapid growth of our e-commerce business, we are looking for someone who can help us answer emails for multiple Shopify stores.

Job description
- You will answer and solve customer questions via e-mail.
- Contact with the supplier to obtain information.
- Contact with customer support colleagues to make processes run smoothly.
- Adjusting orders and looking up the shipping status.

What are the requirements you must fulfil?
- At least 1 year Customer Service experience (MUST)
- You have an eye for detail and have experience with Shopify and Dropshipping (MUST)
- You have good communication skills and are a team player
- You are super motivated and eager to learn
- You are flexible and available full time > could grow to a full time position
