As our Virtual Assistant/ Customer Service Specialist, you’re the essence of extraordinary customer service. You love people and love to enrich their lives through dialogue. Having a detailed knowledge about our products, you’re not just serving information, but are also making recommendations and play an advisory role to our customers.
What You'll Do
Our Virtual Assistant/Customer Service Specialist support our customers by solving their pre-and-post purchase inquiries and helping them have such a WOW experience with our company that they can't stop talking about us to their friends and family -- but, this isn't your average customer service/virtual assistant job:
- You'll answer questions via social media, email, live chat and phone support
- You'll work with a team that is building a brand of unparalleled customer service around the world
- You'll answer customers questions about our products by delivering extraordinary service
- You'll create social media posts on social networks
- You'll assist with sending out our newsletters as needed
- You'll research, create a spreadsheet and contact influencers to promote our products
- You'll research, create a spreadsheet and contact potential agents to become Wholesale/Distributors
Overall, you'll work side-by-side with our customers to provide creative solutions to challenging problems
What We'll Love About You
- You've got initiative and self-motivation: You LOVE to put in a good day's work!
- You've got passion for customers and the ability to champion high levels of customer satisfaction
- You have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience (but that's not the only thing you've done)
- You have an eye for detail
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving are your bread and butter
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Your time management and organizational skills are off the charts, with the ability to work with deadlines
- You have experience with Excel
