Influencer Outreach Coordinator

We are a digital marketing agency based in NYC specializing in restaurant marketing. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Influencer Outreach Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out, and building relationships with influencers in the hospitality and beauty industries. You are passionate about social media, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.

***YOU WILL BE ASKED TO COMPLETE A 1.5-HOUR PRELIMINARY TEST BEFORE MOVING ONTO THE NEXT RECRUITMENT STEP***

Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential influencers in our industry by researching and analyzing social media platforms and online publications.
2. Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish and maintain relationships with influencers.
3. Communicate with influencers through email, social media, and other relevant channels to pitch brand partnerships and collaborations.
4. Manage influencer campaigns and ensure that deliverables are met.
5. Monitor influencer content to ensure it aligns with our brand's values and guidelines.
6. Develop and maintain an influencer database and track campaign metrics.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate influencer campaigns into overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
2. At least 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or related field.
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
