Civil Engineer (Appraiser)

Job Qualification

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/Real Estate Management
- Minimum of at least 3 to 10 years of relevant working experience in Real Estate Appraisal industry
- Licensed Appraiser or Licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Above average report writing skills (Exercise sound judgement and decision making to produce accurate and high quality valuation reports)
- Demonstrates mature communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure, can render Overtime, willing to travel local and abroad
- Must be willing to work on office based set-up and a resident near Makati City
- Willing to travel for site inspections (local & abroad)
- Available to start anytime
