JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small Canadian-based Managed IT Services company seeking a talented virtual assistant with a range of skills to help us with the administration of sales, marketing, and social media tasks. As our multi-disciplinary virtual assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team and take on a range of responsibilities to help grow our business.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the administration of sales and marketing tasks such as data entry, lead generation, and email marketing campaigns
- Help manage our social media accounts and assist with content creation and scheduling
- Act as a virtual assistant and provide general administrative support to the team as needed
- Assist with graphic design tasks, creating marketing materials and social media content
- Maintain, update, and help architect customer relationship management (CRM) software, particularly HubSpot
- Communicate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and potential clients via email, phone, and video conference
- Manage tasks and deadlines independently while adhering to the company's standards and processes
- Remain flexible with work hours to ensure adequate coverage during some of the core working hours in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or similar administrative support role
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment to work from home

This is a full-time, remote position in the Philippines with competitive compensation and benefits. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, proactive, and has a positive attitude.
