Your sharp eye and excellent communication skills will be crucial to maintaining the readability and consistency of our reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and edit business reports for clarity, coherence, and overall readability.
Refine text formatting and correct any grammatical, punctuation, or spelling errors.
Adjust visual diagrams and images for proper alignment and presentation.
Identify and resolve inconsistencies within the reports to maintain accuracy and professionalism.
Work independently to complete 2-4 hours of editing per report, with a minimum of 5 completed reports per week.

Requirements:

Strong command of English language, with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly.
Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with formatting tools.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience in copy editing or proofreading (preferred).
