Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue for our e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, data analytics, and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of our email marketing campaigns, including strategy, planning, implementation, and measurement.
• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns that align with our brand's marketing goals and objectives.
• Create and optimize email templates, campaigns, and automation workflows using Klaviyo.
• Segment our email list to ensure that the right message is sent to the right person at the right time.
• Analyze and interpret data to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the email marketing strategy aligns with broader business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and Klaviyo features and functionality.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably within an e-commerce setting.
• Proficient in Klaviyo and experience with email marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
