Personal Assistant to Real Estate Investor and Coach

We are a successful real estate investor company that provides coaching and courses on real estate investment in the United States. Our investor and coach is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented personal assistant to support him in his day-to-day activities and help grow the business.
This position includes a probationary period of 90 days, during which time the candidate's performance and fit for the role will be evaluated. At the end of the probationary period, the candidate's employment status will be re-evaluated and may be extended or terminated based on performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage investor's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and courses
Assist with creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the investor and coach
Conduct research on real estate investment trends, markets, and opportunities
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Other duties as assigned by the investor and coach

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a personal assistant, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, with experience in creating and editing documents, presentations, and reports
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
Knowledge of real estate investment and/or coaching is a plus
